• Firebase (Google): For secure data storage and authentication
• Twilio: For sending SMS plant care reminders to your phone number
• Apple Sign-In: For secure authentication

4. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from Plant Pal containing plant care reminders. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can stop receiving messages at any time by deleting your account or contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption and secure server storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

Your data is stored for as long as you maintain an active account. If you delete your account, we will remove all your personal data from our systems within 30 days.
